Abstract
Global ticaretin kazandığı ivmeyle birlikte, ürün ve hizmetlerin üretim öncesinden tüketim sonrasına kadarki süreçte lojistik ve tedarik zincirinin yönetilmesine verilen önem de artmaya başlamıştır. İşletme literatüründe yaklaşık 50 yıldır yer bulan lojistik ve tedarik zinciri kavramları, jeopolitik konumundan ötürü önemli bir lojistik üs olan ülkemizde de son yıllarda popüler araştırma konularını oluşturmaktadır. Lojistik faaliyetlerde ve tedarik zincirinde bugüne değin çeşitli aşamalardan yahut çeşitli taraflardan söz edilmiştir. Ancak yeni iş yapma biçimleri, modern işletmelerde lojistik ve tedarik zincirinin bütünsel bir yaklaşımla ele alınmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, lojistik faaliyetler ve tedarik zincirinin yapısı bütünsel bir yaklaşımla ele alınarak süreçlerin ve paydaşların birbiriyle olan etkileşimi irdelenmiştir.

Abstract
By the development of global trade, importance of the management of logistics and supply chain during the process from preproduction has also increased. Logistics and supply chain concepts, which are in business literature for nearly 50 years, are also popular in our country which is an important logistics center because of its geopolitical situation. Till now, some layers or some stakeholders have been considered in logistics and supply chain. However, new business styles necessitate logistics and supply chain to be considered with an integrated concept. In this study, logistics and supply chain structure is studied with their integrated side and the interactions between the processes and stakeholders are examined.
